The following deposits are non-refundable because they reserve your place or item during a live sale:
Deposits are deducted from your final total. The remaining balance must be paid before your parcel is posted.
You can cancel or change your order before it is posted. Contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help. Once an order has been dispatched, change-of-mind cancellations are not accepted.
For hygiene and health reasons, we do not accept returns on press-on nails, nail accessories, or any items that have come into contact with nails or skin. Please check your order carefully before completing payment.
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order details. We will assess each case individually and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
Blind boxes and mystery bags are surprise items. Contents are randomly selected and may include nails, pens, toppers or a mix. While the contents can sometimes be exchanged between items of similar value, blind-box deposits are not refundable.
